Internal Medicine Residency Clinic
The Internal Medicine Residency Clinic is directed by Dr. Muneeza Afif who oversees 17 physicians in training. The clinic functions as a transitional care clinic, making the process of going home after a hospital stay smooth and safe. The clinic provides primary care and specialized care, including but not limited to, chronic care management, annual wellness visits, diabetes and medication management. Walk-ins to the resident clinic are welcome and encouraged.
